As Goggle Black, his forehead jewel is the emerald, symbolizing Asia. Kuroda brings a tactical edge to the team, using careful planning, misdirection, and precise timing to outmaneuver Deathdark's forces. His analytical nature balances the team's more direct fighters.

He is armed with the Black Clubs, Black Emerald Nunchakus, and Dynamite Clubs. His special techniques include Black Shadow and Black Wind Wheel Whirlwind, attacks that reflect his combination of strategy, speed, and disciplined combat skill.
