A massive flying fortress. Its primary function is to transport and launch the components of the Sun Vulcan Robo through its opening jaws.

A high-speed jet piloted by Vul Eagle. It forms the head, body, and upper arms of the combined robot.

A heavy bulldozer-like vehicle piloted by Vul Shark and Vul Panther. It is stored in the rear of the Jaguar Vulcan in two halves and forms the legs and forearms of the combined robot.

The first combining robot in Sentai history and the first to "speak" by shouting its attack names. It is formed when the Cosmo Vulcan and Bull Vulcan execute the "Combine! Grand Cross!" command.

Its finishing move is Aurora Plasma Return. Its arsenal includes the Solar Sword, Vul Shield, Vul Tonfa, Vul Hand, Vulcan Sun, and Vulcan Cannons.
