Denshi Sentai Denjiman

The conflict began three thousand years ago when the malevolent Vader Clan devastated the Denji Star. During the destruction, Denjiland, a massive island from the planet, departed and eventually landed on Earth. In modern times, the Denjiland computer detects the Vader Clan's approach and awakens the robotic dog, IC.

IC recruits five young people, potential descendants of the Denji people, to become the Denjimen and defend Earth from becoming the Vader Clan's next victim. Their campaign begins with a significant victory over Vader Monster 00, Musasabilar.

As the war progresses, the heroes discover that they are indeed descendants of the Denji people and are not alone, as other descendants are found scattered across the globe. On the enemy side, Queen Hedrian grows desperate in her attempts to transform Earth into a living nightmare, leading her to accept the services of a space wanderer known as the Omnipotent Demon King.

Unbeknownst to the Queen, the Demon King intends to conquer Earth for himself. He eventually seizes Vader Castle and unleashes the formidable Omnipotent Monster against the Denjimen.

The climax of the series sees General Hedrer die a tragic death after entering battle in a giant-sized form. The Denjimen initially find themselves powerless against the Omnipotent Demon King until IC makes the ultimate sacrifice, giving his life to become a vital circuit for the giant robot Daidenjin.

With this power, the Demon King and his monster are finally defeated. Queen Hedrian manages to escape to the North Pole, where she remains encased in ice, awaiting a future opportunity to return.
