Called the "Spirit King", it is the combination of five main Power Animals, appears in Episode 2. Gao King can perform a punching attack with energized fists, a slashing attack with a sword. Its finishing attack is Heaven and Earth's Thunderous Roaring Animal Heart, which is an energy blast fiGao from the mouths of the component Power Animals. It is upgraded to Super Animal Heart when they acquire the Soul Bird. The Fin Blade can also be used for a finisher attack called Surging Arrow by throwing the Fin Blade like an arrow.

The Elephant joins the standard GaoKing by splitting up into the Elephant Sword and the Elephant Shield. Its finishing move is Evil Crusher.

The Giraffe replaces the Gao Shark, forming a spear, a powerul armor piercing weapon which is launched at an opponent in its Neck Thrust attack.

When Ringmaster Org and the Rangers battled for control over the Power Animals, they each went through several formations combinations, including the GaoKing Spear and Shield.

The Bears become the arms, allowing for stronger punches, and the Whirling Frenzy attack is a finishing blast comprised of heat and ice beams.

The Rhino forms this formation's legs, with the Armadillo attaching at the foot. The Armadillo can detach, curl up, and be kicked by Gao King to deliver an explosive projectile 'Rhino Shoot' attack. Other special moves are Rhino Kick and Striker Bomber, where GaoMuscle Striker rapidly spins and delivers punches to the enemy.

When a few of the animals were damaged by Bowling Org, the Rangers improvised and formed a new combination. GaoKing Another Arm defeated Bowling Org with a bowling like attack called the tornado spin, using the Armadillo as the ball.

Gao King Another Arm was formed to battle the powerful Tombstone Org. When this wasn't enough, they swapped out the Hammerhead arm for the Giraffe, forming a different version of the GaoKing Another Arm.

After reconciling with the Tetomu and Shirogane, the Gao Deer returned to the team, and helped the Rangers defeat Tombstone Org by forming its left arm. The clutcher can be used to create a bubble to capture Orgs. Its finishing moves are Bubble Capture and Horn Crash.
