| Chisato dreams of becoming a professional photographer, often flashing her camera whenever she can and sets up her camera on rooftops to take panoramic pictures of the city. She is kind and sweet, she has no tolerance for people who steal things or bully children. She is attracted to Kouichirou. She always wanted to participate in the annual school festival singing contest but something always kept her from being in it such as an appendicitis and a fever. In the latest festival, Canary Nejilar switched her voice with his own which sounded like a old man. She didn't ger her voice back until after the contest. However, her classmates and teacher wanted to hear her sing anyway, and so she sang for them revealing a talented voice. Her forehead symbol is the digital camera, which can telescopically search for people and things using the "Digicam Search", and can allow Chisato to see through walls. Her weapon is a slingshot-like weapon called the Mega Sling, which fires balls of energy. She also has the ability to develop a laser light blade on her arm known as the Blade Arm attack. She returned with her other teammates in 'Gingaman vs. Megaranger' to defeat Hizumina, Gregory, and the revived Balban.
